Adipurush: Major Fire Breaks Out On The Sets Of Prabhas And Saif Ali Khan Starrer On The First Day Of Shoot – Reports
On Tuesday, Baahubali superstar Prabhas took to his Instagram account to announce the ‘aarambh’ of Adipurush. As the fans were elated with the announcement, a piece of tragic news emerged right now. As per the latest reports published in BollywoodLife, a major fire broke out on the sets of Adipurush, starring Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan, right after they began the shooting. Reportedly, a source close to the development revealed to the portal that with the shoot having just gone underway a couple of hours ago, a massive fire has broken out. The set has been built in Goregaon West and at 4:10 pm the fire broke out.

The report further mentioned that the raging fire was contained as soon as possible but not before it caused some considerable damage to the film's lavishly constructed set and props. With this, it would be a huge setback for producers Prasad Sutar and T-Series' Bhushan Kumar. While talking about the stars Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, they were present on the location but no one seems to have come under any physical harm.

Announcing that the film has gone on floors, Prabhas shared a picture of the film and backed it with, “#Adipurush aarambh.  #SaifAliKhan @omraut #BhushanKumar @vfxwaala @rajeshnair29 @tseriesfilms @retrophiles1 @tseries.official #TSeries”

Adipurush will be shot bilingual in Hindi and Telugu. The 3D extravaganza will have a humongous release with the film dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and several other foreign languages. The film, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar & Rajesh Nair, is currently in the pre-production stage and is expected to go on floors in 2021. Expected to hit the marquee with a massive release in 2022.
