Adipurush Shooting Update: Saif Ali Khan Wraps Up The Shoot, Celebrates The Moment By Cutting A Cake On The Sets
After Saif Ali Khan impressed the audience with his portrayal of Udaybhan Singh Rathod in Tanaji, the actor being roped in for Adipurush got his fans excited. The film helmed by Om Raut and starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, will see the actor in yet another dark role, Lankesh. The actor has finally wrapped shooting for the film. The actor celebrated it with his film team by cutting a cake, the pictures of the same are making the rounds of the internet.

Costume designer Nachiket Barve taking to the Twitter handle thanked the actor for being an amazing collaborator. His tweet carried a picture of the actor cutting a cake surrounded by the crew members. He wrote, “Thank you dear Saif for being such a fantastic collaborator! It’s been amazing!!!” All set to play an antagonist in the movie, he expressed being excited to play this part, he also stated it was quite exhausting to shoot, keeping in mind the makeup and costumes of his role.

He told Indian Express, “I am very excited about the film. I do believe that it will be part of cinematic history. While doing the shoot, it was exhausting also as there was a special costume for the role. So many people are trying to set you clothes, someone is doing the makeup. It sometimes feels that you are a piece of meat in front of the camera.”


Saif’s wife Kareena Kapoor Khan on presenting the first look of the movie in September 2020, penned in Instagram, “Presenting the most handsome devil in history... my man Saif Ali Khan”
