Ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam was rushed to a private hospital in Chennai after having complained of chest pain. Currently, doctors are treating him, and it's been reported that his condition is stable now, say reports.
This isn't the first time such a chest pain has occurred to Mani. He has had similar pain back in 2009 and 2015. He recovered from them soon enough. Back in 2004 when Mani was shooting for Yuva, he had suffered a major heart attack, and gave his fans a major scare.
Mani has been popular for his work in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi cinema. His Bollywood flicks include stellar hits like Yuva and Guru. He recently wrapped up the shoot of his Tamil flick Chekka Chivantha Vaanam.
