After Facing Music From Sonam-Rhea Kapoor, Diet Sabya Deletes The Controversial Insta Post And Says Sorry
Not attributing it to Sonam Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, Diet Sabya takes a step back on his charges against Anamika Khanna
An Instagram page called Diet Sabya had yesterday called out ace designer Anamika Khanna for copying ‘Everything Is AK-OK’. The user had posted a picture of Sonam Kapoor wearing the creation and wrote, “We know this is going to cause major heartburn, but we simply cannot ignore the fact that @anamikakhanna.in’s AK-OK is TOO CLOSE in concept to the Jordans @voguemagazine launched in June 2018, with AW-OK. What would Anna say? 😂Thoughts? #dietsabya #guts.”
Following which the Kapoor sisters didn’t hold back from slamming Diet Sabya for blaming Anamika. Now, Diet Sabya has deleted the post and even posted an apology (only for his followers) after a discussion with the Khanna family. Taking to Instagram story, Diet Sabya says, “Guys we’ve decided to archive the post after speaking to the Khanna family (details of which we’d rather not divulge). We apologies ONLY to our followers because it feels like we failed you in this crazy debate. Please note that we’ve taken this action under no influence from any A-list celebrity/celebrities, or their emotional public cry. This decision was taken out of empathy, and not intimidation. DS-OK?”
Yesterday, Sonam Kapoor had also backed Anamika Khanna and given it back to Diet Sabya with a post. Wearing the ace designer, Sonam had written, “My dear friend @anamikakhanna.in had gone through a terrible illness in the last year. Her beautiful twin sons @viraj_khanna and @thevisheshkhanna banded together and surrounded her gave her comfort and inspiration. The common slang that is used amongst people is A-Ok in America. Well, we doubt whether Diet Sabya will ever dance after tasting some hardcore music! This is the first time when this Instagram post has not only deleted a post but has also issued a public apology.
