Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 director Anees Bazmee shares being surprised after Kartik Aaryan tested positive for COVID-19, despite taking precautionary measures
A year after the Novel Coronavirus gripped the world, many actors and actresses tested positive for it and seem like the virus is once again affecting a lot of people. The recent one being Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 actor Kartik Aaryan, the actor taking to his social media account, shared being positive of the deadly virus, requesting people to pray for him. Thus, bringing his ongoing shoot for his next Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 to a sudden halt.
Director Anees Bazmee in conversation with ETimes TV expresses being surprised with this news, as he shared while shooting for the movie was underway, everyone was tested for the virus on regular basis. From the actors to the technicians, the director shared they followed strict guidelines and they underwent a test every night before commencing the shoot. After the actor tested positive the director shared everyone on the sets will be tested tomorrow to check if anyone else was infected with it.
Anees Bazmee said, “We followed strict covid guidelines, the entire unit including actors and technicians were tested every night before going on set the next day. We are all getting tested and will know only tomorrow if any other member of the crew has also got infected.”
The actor breaking the news of being gripped by the virus, wrote in his social media post, “Positive ho gaya Dua karo”
The actor also has Dostana 2 in the pipeline, co-starring Janhvi Kapoor and Lakshya.
