India is facing the second wave of COVID-19, and the rising number of COVID-19 cases across the country has put a strain on medical resources. Social media has been flooded with SOS calls of patients who need hospital beds, COVID drugs. Amid all this, Priyanka Chopra has been using her social media might to help India amid COVID-19 crisis. She has been urging the global community to come out in support of her country, and help in any way they can. Now, her husband Nick Jonas also urged people to come forward and help.

Nick Jonas took to his social media to share the message that India needs help, urging them to support in some way. He also wrote that he loves India. “India needs our help. Please give what you can. I love you India #togetherforindia @priyankachopra @give_india,” he wrote. A lot of people on social media have been urging celebrities to amplify the call for help, and as Nick Jonas highlighted this through his social media post, Netizens thanked him for the same.

Earlier, Priyanka Chopra shared a video on Instagram to announce the fundraiser she set up to help India during the COVID-19 crisis. She said in the video, “Why do we need to care? Why is it so urgent right now? I am sitting in London and hearing from my friends and family in India about how hospitals are at capacity, there are no rooms in ICUs, ambulances are too busy, oxygen supply is less, crematoriums having mass cremations because the volume of death is so much.
