Ajay Devgn is one of the richest stars of Bollywood. The actor is a proud owner of many luxurious things including swanky cars, houses and more. As we speak of that, as per latest report, Ajay Devgn has now purchased a sprawling bungalow worth Rs 60 Crore in the Juhu area of Mumbai. Yes, you read that right! The new bungalow is spread over the area of 590 sq yards. The new bungalow is not far away from the RRR actor's existing bungalow, Shakti, situated in the Kapole Co-operative Housing Society Ltd in Juhu.

As per a report in Times of India, Ajay and Kajol have been looking for a new home in Mumbai from the past year and have finally found one in their locality. The report further revealed that the previous owner of the bungalow was the late Pushpa Valia. The actor has already got the possession and started with the renovation work as he wants to redevelop his existing bungalow.

The TOI report further mentioned that the deal was finalised in November last year and the property has been transferred in the name of Ajay Devgn and his mother Veena Virendra Devgn. A few days ago, Amitabh Bachchan bought a 5, 184 sq ft property in Mumbai in a project called Atlantis by a Tier-2 builder, Crystal Group. The Chehre actor had bought the property last year in December but registered it last month. The duplex apartment is worth Rs 31 crore.

On the work front, the actor has interesting projects in the pipeline. He has cameos in Gangubai Kathiawadi and Sooryavanshi. The actor will also be seen in SS Rajamouli's RRR. The actor's first look poster created a huge buzz on social media. Other than that, he will also be seen in Maidaan, Bhuj: The Pride Of India and Thank God.
