Akshay Kumar Brutally Trolled For Saying It Took ‘18-years Of Research To Make Samrat Prithviraj’; Internet Cannot Stop Pointing Out Factual Errors!
Well, after Kangana Ranaut’s Dhaakad, Akshay Kumar’s Samrat Prithviraj seems to have landed in trouble. Apparently, Bollywood seems to be heading towards are dark abyss with no signs of recovery. Samrat Prithviraj is the second film which had its show cancelled due to zero occupancy, and many speculate that this film would be yet another flop from Akshay Kumar.

But, that's not all, even the critics are having a field day taking digs at the film. The makers are getting picked for the factual errors in the film and Akshay Kumar is getting badly roasted for being paired opposite a 26-year-old heroine.

Well, it seems netizens are even refuting Akshay Kumar’s words/tweets. In a rather shocking turn of events, the Bollywood star is being massively trolled for his informative tweet about his latest release Samrat Prithviraj which reads, “18 years of research, 2 years of VFX and 3 Covid-19 waves later…this day is finally here. It’s time to go to a big screen near you, #SamratPrithviraj IN CINEMAS NOW!"

This tweet of the actor didn't go down well with the netizen and they are brutally trolling the actor sharing the goofs ups from the film.

Netizens didn’t stop there, they even took a dig at Manushi Chillar's age as one of them said, “Saaar… Appreciate you taking your Grand Daughter to watch the movie.”

Things certainly aren’t looking too good at the box office for Samrat Prithviraj, the big-budget period epic starring Akshay Kumar. The film tanked on Monday, and early estimates for Tuesday suggest that the downward trend will continue. However, not everybody is willing to write it off just yet, reported Indian Express.

Meanwhile, a Bollywood Hungama report also suggested that Samrat Prithviraj’s morning shows were cancelled due to low attendance. Those shows that haven’t been cancelled are seeing footfall only in single digits.
