Akshay Kumar DENIES Joining Any Political Rally In Kolkata; 'I Am Busy Shooting In Mumbai'
Akshay Kumar has denied all the rumours of him joining any political rally in Kolkata and stated that he is busy shooting in Mumbai
Of late, rumours were rife that Akshay Kumar will head off to Kolkata to be a part of a political rally. However, the actor has denied all the reports. To an entertainment portal, Akshay clarified that he is busy shooting for his upcoming film in Mumbai and has no plans traveling all the way to Kolkata to be a part of any political rally. He also expressed surprise and shock over the kind of rumours that get circulated.
To Hindustan Times, Akshay Kumar was quoted saying, "I am surprised at this level of rumours getting circulated about my presence in the political rally at Kolkata. I am currently busy shooting in Mumbai, and rumours regarding my attendance at a political rally in Kolkata today are baseless and false." Akshay Kumar is one of the busiest actors in Bollywood who has many projects in his kitty. He has been working round the clock complying his work commitments.
It was recently that he began work on his film Ram Setu. Sharing a picture from the script readings session, Akshay wrote, "The team that preps together excels together! An extremely productive script reading session with the team of #RamSetu this evening. Can't wait to begin filming this one."
Apart from this, Akshay Kumar will be seen in Sooryavanshi. This film helmed by Rohit Shetty was to release last year but due to Coronavirus situation and theatres being shut, it will release this year. He also has Atrangi Re with Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan in his kitty. Akshay Kumar has also announced a film titled Raksha Bandhan.
