The makers for espionage thriller Bell Bottom recently revealed the new look of Akshay Kumar on the occasion of the superstar's birthday. Set in the 1980s, Akshay Kumar plays the character of a RAW agent who rescues over 212 hostages in the hijack attacks. As the actor turned a year older, Pooja Entertainment decided to reveal the new look on Akshay's birthday and we are sure it is bound to make his fans super happy and excited. Even Akshay's co-stars of the film, Vaani Kapoor and Lara Dutta took to their respective social media handles and shared his first look and must say, he looks extremely handsome and dapper.
The dapper image has Akshay set against an airplane wearing aviators and sporting a moustache while flaunting his side profile. Sharing the picture on Instagram, Vaani Kapoor wrote, "Throwback to the 80s!! Introducing the suave retro look of @akshaykumar from #Bellbottom!" Lara simply backed it with "BIRTHDAY SPECIAL!!!"
Bell Bottom is currently being shot in Scotland. Earlier, in August, the actor headed to Scotland to complete the shoot of the film along with his ensemble star cast which includes Vaani Kapoor, Huma Qureshi, Lara Dutta and Jackky Bhagnani. Social media updates indicate that actors Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Adil Hussain, Huma Qureshi and producers Deepshikha Deshmukh, and Jackky Bhagnani and director Ranjit Tewari are currently in the country as part of the shoot crew.
