Akshay Kumar To Release Special Edition Of Teri Mitti Tomorrow; Special Tribute To COVID-19 Doctors
In the current scenario with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, doctors are addressed as soldiers by the entire world. Being on their toes, doctors across the globe are working 24/7 to safe human race from this novel Coronavirus. Hence, on this note to thank them and pay his tribute Akshay Kumar has taken one more step. Akki will be releasing a special edition of Teri Mitti track in order to pay tribute to the doctors tomorrow. Taking to his Twitter account Akki dropped a teaser of this song.

Teaser shared by the actor on his Twitter account also gave out the time of the song release. Titled as Teri Mitti tribute, the song will be out on April 24, at 12:30pm. Akki tweeted, “Somebody has said right, they only support themselves in times of difficulty and they are at the forefront of this problem with our own doctors who are not less than soldiers in white coat. Look #TeriMitti - Tribute tomorrow 12.30 pm from us Special for them #DirectDilSeHeart.”

He also tagged the cast and production banner of his movie Kesari in his tweet. Teri Mitti track was composed for his movie Kesari released in 2019.


Producer of the film Karan Johar too joined Akshay, he tweeted, “They are fighting to keep us safe and for that we are forever grateful. A tribute from our hearts to theirs, #TeriMitti. So far Akshay Kumar has donated multiple times towards the society beginning with donating huge funds for PM Cares Fund and BMC, followed by lending his support in the manufacture of masks and testing kits to helping theatre owners with funds to pay their staff.
