Akshay Kumar: ‘Wrong News Can Affect People, Have Seen Marriages Breaking In Front Of Me'
Ever since digital technology has progressed, there’s also been a rapid rise in the spreading of fake news. One such incident had recently taken place with Akshay Kumar and Rohit Shetty, as rumours of a fallout between the director-actor emerged online. However, Akki, in no time, rubbished all such claims in his witty style. He had shared of video of him fake fighting with Shetty and the two eventually laughed it off. Now, in a recent conversation with the Free Press Journal, the Kesari actor opened up on the reason behind reacting to that news. 

Akshay Kumar stated how it wasn’t planned but he was sitting right to Rohit Shetty when the rumour came out and the two posted that video in the matter of next fifteen minutes. “Sometimes I feel if people think about it. I am not saying everyone writes wrong news but sometimes, one wrong news can affect someone's career or relationships. I have been working in the industry for 30 years and because of such news, I have seen people's marriages breaking in front of me. On the work front, Akshay Kumar is currently gearing up for his upcoming comedy film – Good Newwz – which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh in the lead roles. The film has been helmed by Raj Mehta and produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. It is slated to release on December 27, 2019. He will be also seen in Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi opposite Katrina Kaif.
