Sometimes standing up for something good or a social cause can affect your work life. If you’re an actor, it does affect you big time and that’s exactly what has happened with the Mirzapur star Ali Fazal. The actor recently went live on Instagram with a radio channel where he revealed how he lost an endorsement deal with a big brand while standing up for a social cause. However, losing out a big deal made him realise that he is doing good as people are getting affected by it.
"I lost an endorsement deal with a big brand because I was advocating a social cause. That moment I realised that I am doing something right, especially as people were asking questions and getting affected by it," he told the channel. During the same chat, Ali even revealed that he has moved in with his girlfriend Richa Chadha. The two were living separately during the lockdown but now they are in a live-in relationship.
"Richa and I have shifted together to a new place. We are setting up the house in the Mumbai monsoon. During the last lockdown, we were living separately," Ali Fazal said during an Instagram live.
Meanwhile, Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha were supposed to get married in 2020; however, COVID-19 played the spoilsport here as they had to push their wedding date indefinitely.
