Koffee With Karan 7, is one of the most popular chat shows and it has entertained the audience since it first premiered. This season witnessed new talents gracing the couch and it has brewed some interesting conversations about their dating life, career, friends, and foes in the business. Karan Johar, the host of the show is known for grilling the guests with steamy questions in rapid fire. In the latest episode, the tables turned for KJo as this time he was questioned by Tanmay Bhat, Kusha Kapila, Niharika NM, and Danish Sait about naming Alia Bhatt multiple times in the show which made him uncomfortable.
Koffee With Karan 7 just aired the last episode 13 on Disney Plus Hotstar. As per the show's format, the last episode is the Koffee Quiz, in which the jury selects the winner. This time the jury consists of Tanmay Bhat, Kusha Kapila, Niharika NM, and Danish Sait. In the finale episode, Karan asked the jury does he talk about Alia Bhatt a lot on KWK7, to which Kusha agreed and said “there’s chatter online”. Tanmay Bhat’s response left everyone in splits. He said in a sarcastic way, “Listen, Karan, she is pregnant, you got a new person to launch, we get it.” Karan further said he had a chat with Alia about it and he quoted Alia Bhatt saying, “I don’t want to sound ungrateful but you have to stop talking about me”. So he thought that it would be better to not take her name again.
The ‘My Name Is Khan’ director shared an incident where he told that he had worn a jacket which said ‘Italia’ and everyone thought that he had ‘Alia’ written on his jacket.
Danish Sait had a funny take on this and referred to Brahmastra. He said, “I saw Brahmastra in that Alia Bhatt keeps screaming Shiva, the equivalent of that on television is you saying Alia.” this left everyone laughing.
Kusha Kapila said, “A lot of time her name is also mentioned because you want to know who’s the top actor or the actress in the country.” she further added and sarcastically said, “we know the name you want to hear. And who do you think it is and why do you think it’s Alia Bhatt.” Sait then quizzes him, “Why do you think it’s Alia Bhatt?” and he agreed that she is the top actress, but he should not say it anymore.
The latest episode was quite fun and a lot of spicy conversation took place on the couch.
