Alia Bhatt On Putting Her WEDDING With Ranbir Kapoor On Hold: 'I Believe It Should Be Done At The Time Whenever We Feel Comfortable'

Bollywood’s most lovable couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding has been doing rounds for a long time now. Their rumoured marriage has been the talk of the town ever since Ranbir revealed COVID 19 played a spoilsport for them. Last year, the actor had said that he and Alia would have been married had it not been for the pandemic. The duo often sparks off their wedding rumours, leaving fans excited. Now, in a recent interview, Alia has revealed why the couple has put their wedding on hold.
While speaking to Bollywood Bubble, the Raazi actress was asked if it disturbs her that the questions related to her wedding make more news than her films. Replying to this, Alia said she doesn’t remember any such news bothering her. Alia was quoted as saying, “I always believe it should be led by feeling and it should be done at the right time whenever you feel comfortable, and by you, I mean by me and him individually.”
The Dear Zindagi actress also mentioned that she is not someone who will hide her affair or her marriage. While singing praises for her boyfriend, Bhatt stated that Ranbir and she loved each other immensely. She also branded the actor as one of the most fascinating people she has in her life.
“But all shall happen in due time and I promise you…or maybe I won’t, it’s too soon…that when I am getting married, the world will know,” Alia further said.
Meanwhile, Alia Bhatt is gearing up for the release of her highly anticipated film Gangubai Kathiawadi. The movie has been directed by ace filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali and also stars TV actor Shantanu Maheshwari, Vijay Raaz, and Ajay Devgn. The movie is all to hit theatres on 25th February 2022.
