The Shashank Khaitan directed film Badrinath Ki Dulhania completed four years of the release today. The film starring Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan released on March 10, 2017. It was a sequel to the film Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. Taking to her Instagram stories, Alia Bhatt shared pictures with the director and co-star Varun Dhawan as they celebrate via video call. To pique interest in fans and make the celebration more interesting, Varun and Alia indulged in a fun math quiz banter.
Alia Bhatt made the first post and tagged Varun Dhawan and Shashank Khaitan in it. She put up a math problem and asked Varun to share what the interest is. Alia shared a picture that read, “if P=80, R= 5, T=1,” and added, “toh simple interest kaise calculate karte hai?” Dhawan reposted the picture shared by Alia and wrote, “toh simple interest is 4.” Bhatt shared a clapping gif of her and continued, “aur compound interest??” Shashank Khaitan then shared the same post, with a gif of Alia and Varun and wrote, “Guysss it’s 4!!! Like 4 years of Badri!!!” Finally, in the end, the Sadak 2 actress shared a picture featuring Varun, Shashank and her. It was a screenshot from a video call. Sharing the picture, Alia wrote, “Here we are 4 years later secretly discussing part 3! Love you guys! Happy 4 years to us!”
