Amid Sukesh Chandrasekhar Controversy, Jacqueline Fernandez Says, ‘She Is Going Through A Lonely Phase'; Shilpa Shetty Suggests Her ‘Bhaad Mein Jaye Log’
Jacqueline Fernandez is the latest celebrity to appear on Shilpa Shetty’s talk show 'Shape Of You'
Actress Jacqueline Fernandez has been in news for her alleged relationship with the conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar. Reportedly, they were dating for more than six months and the actress has been under the radar of ED for receiving expensive gifts from the conman. The actress was linked to Sukesh’s Rs. 200 crore money laundering case. Fernandez has appeared in front of ED several times to record her statement in the matter. As the investigation is still going on, Jacqueline recently appeared on Shilpa Shetty Kundra's talk show 'Shape Of You'.
In a promotional video of the show, the Kick actress is hearing telling Shilpa that she was ‘possibly going through a lonely phase', presumably talking about Sukesh’s controversy. The video ended with the host Shilpa asking Jacqueline to not get affected by people's say in the matter and she suggested Fernandez live her life as per her terms. The Dhadkan actress says, “Controversies ho nahi ho, bhaad mein jaye log. Hum apni zindagi jeeyenge. Ek hi zindagi hai.”
Not to forget, Shilpa too was embroiled in controversy and kept it low profile for several months after her husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested in a pornography case last year. In the wake of their respective controversies, both the actresses had stayed away from the media glare.
Meanwhile, while Shilpa Shetty is busy with her new talk show, Jacqueline is currently promoting her upcoming comedy, 'Bachchhan Paandey’, which also stars Akshay Kumar, Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, and Arshad Warsi. Directed by Farhad Samji, the film is all set to hit the theatres on Holi this year, 18 March.
