Amitabh Bachchan Recalls Shooting For Kajra Re With Daughter-In-Law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan; Says, ‘Tab Humari Bahu Nahi Thi Ab Ban Gayi Hai’
Amitabh Bachchan spoke about shooting for Bunty Aur Babli’s iconic song Kajra Re with son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on Kaun Banega Crorepati season 15
Veteran Bollywood superstar Abhishek Bachchan is currently making the headlines for sharing anecdotes from his personal and professional lives. He has been making revelations that are leaving the audiences with a smile on their faces. He is currently hosting the 15th season of Kaun Banega Crorepati, where he has been sharing small experiences of his life with the contestants. In one of the recent episodes he spoke about shooting Bunty Aur Babli’s (2005) iconic song Kajra Re with son Abhishek Bachchan and daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
In the segment, contestant Abhishek Garg was asked a question about Piyush Mishra's band, Ballimaaraan for Rs 12,50,000. The contestant, who hails from Haryana, gave the correct answer and won the prize money. The veteran spoke about Ballimaaraan and how that term was used in the song, Kajra Re. Through his various previous interviews, Big B has always showered his daughter-in-law with praises and adoration. In one of his old interviews he had heaped praises on her for birthing her daughter Aaradhaya Bachchan without any epidurals and painkillers. He had said, “We went there on the 14th night. The doctors had told us that the baby could arrive anytime now. On the 16th morning, she delivered the baby. This was a normal delivery even though these days people opt for C-section and other things. But Aishwarya wanted a normal delivery. She had to struggle but I commend her that she was in acute labour for a long time, almost 2-3 hours. But she persisted, said she wanted a normal delivery.
