Amitabh Bachchan dropped a glimpse of Vax Live event, where he was seen urging the world to help India fight COVID-19 pandemic
Actor Amitabh Bachchan on Sunday dropped a glimpse of Vax Live event on his social media account, where he was seen urging the global citizens to help India fight COVID-19 pandemic. In the video he is heard urging the global citizens to speak to their respective government, pharmaceutical companies and extend their support towards the nation. Reminding them of the great Indian leader Mahatma Gandhi’s saying that even in a gentle way one can shake the world. Event also has a message of the importance of vaccination.
In the video he was heard saying, “Namaskar, this is Amitabh Bachchan. My country India is battling with the sudden surge of the second wave of Covid 19. As a global citizen I appeal to all global citizens to rise up, speak to your governments, pharmaceutical companies and ask them to donate, to give, to extend a helping hand, to the public that needs it the most. Every effort counts. As Mahatma Gandhiji said: 'In a gentle way you can shake the world'. thank you.”
