Amitabh Ignores Abbas-Mustan

One-and-a-half years ago, Abbas Mustan managed to get Amitabh Bachchan aboard a dark murder mystery that they intended to direct. However, the film, where he was supposed to play the father to a couple of children, hasn't moved since then.
Reason- Bachchan hasn't had an audience with the director team for a thorough narration with screenplay and dialogue in place.
Confirming this, Mustan says, "It was an idea that we bounced off to Amitji. We had thrown a couple of ideas in his direction and he liked one of them. Back then, he had wanted a bound, ready script with dialogue and screenplay. But he hasn't had time to meet us after that. We are ready but we haven't been able to present it to him."
Says Abbas, "But we'll wait for him. He has so much work on hand. If he doesn't like it, we'll present 10 other ideas to him. He's a hero we have idolised all our life. At some point, we 'have to' work with him. It's a dream."
