Amrita Rao Is Ecstatic On Being A Mother; Says: ‘Yay, I’m A 2020 Mom'

Actor Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol have now embarked on a new journey which is parenthood. On November 1, the couple welcomed a baby boy into this world, bringing utmost happiness in Amrita and Anmol's worlds. However, we haven't seen any glimpses of the baby on their respective social media handles but Anmol informed everyone that the mother and the baby are perfectly doing well. As they have become a proud mother and father to a baby boy, Amrita opened about her happiness on essaying a new role (mother) in her life. Talking about the same, the actor is super elated as she is a 2020 mom.
Elaborating on her and her husband's happiness, she told TOI, "I can’t stop staring at my baby’s face and my husband Anmol’s priceless expression of joy. I’m still in a state of wonderment. The phenomenon of giving birth to another human being is unfathomable and divine. There is a God realisation that nothing is in your hands and control. This baby was meant to come this year, so yay… I’m a #2020 mom!" When asked how she is gearing up for this new role, she said that the role of a mother is yet to sink in because she herself is such a mumma’s girl.
She further added, "I’d rather just enjoy the feeling of having a little wonder in my life to keep me on my toes."
She also revealed that they have not zeroed down on any names yet for the baby and are on the process of finalising one but on the other hand, an elated father Anmol recently took to his Instagram and shared a note saying that fans are more than welcome to suggest baby names to them on their comment section.
