Anees Bazmee Clears Confusion Around Hera Pheri 3: Until I Sign The Film, Kartik Aaryan Is In And Akshay Kumar Is Out Chalta Rahega
Anees Bazmee opens up about the speculations surrounding Hera Pheri 3, Kartik Aaryan being removed from the franchise and Akshay Kumar’s return
Bollywood filmmaker Anees Bazmee has finally shed some light on the on-going confusion and speculations surrounding Firoz Nadiadwala’s Hera Pheri 3. From Kartik Aaryan’s departure due to his controlling behaviour to Akshay Kumar’s return to the franchise, a lot is being said about the much-awaited movie.
According to a recent report by ETimes, a source close to Kartik has broken silence on the speculations that the producers are unhappy woth his controlling and dominating behaviour. Clarifying the same, they revealed that nothing is officially decided as of yet. They also shared that the actor hasn’t even received a script for the film. Quoted by the entertainment website, the source said, “Kartik had in principle said yes. Nothing was officially decided. And Kartik may opt out entirely if the confusion continues. The source also clarified that the actor, who played the role of the ever-cunning Raju in both the Hera Pher movies, will never be a part of the franchise. Issuing a clarification on the same, director Bazmee shared that he is still considering signing the movie. He told ETimes, “I have not signed the film yet. It is still a matter under consideration. Until and unless I say yes, yeh Kartik Aaryan is in, Akshay Kumar is out chalta rahega.”
For the unversed, Hera Pheri 3 row started when Paresh Rawal, who plays the role of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, confirmed the speculations about Kartik being a part of the franchise. His declaration had left the fans fuming as they assumed that, just like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, he would replace Akshay as Raju. Putting all the speculations to rest, Suniel Shetty, who essays the role of Shyam, revealed that the young actor was approached for a different character as Raju is irreplaceable.
