The actor has often targeted Bollywood celebrities for their associations with certain projects, and his recent target was none other than Akshay Kumar.

Yes, you read that right! According to KRK, Akshay’s PR has been spreading fake rumours about his association with Hera Pheri 3. For the unversed, on Tuesday, reports suggested that Akki is in talks with producer Firoz Nadiadwala about his involvement in the third installment of the famous franchise. It was being speculated that the actor and producer are currently sorting out their differences and will also be collaborating creatively on the same project. According to KRK’s claims, Akshay, who has been making headlines since yesterday for revealing his first look as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Mahesh Manjrekar directorial ‘Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat,’ PR wants to downplay Kartik Aryan’s involvement in the script. The 47-year-old cited two reasons why the Raksha Bandhan actor will not be making his comeback as Raju: Kartik having already signed the onboarding papers and Khiladi Kumar having insulted the entire team of Hera Pheri by expressing his disappointment in the script.

For the uninitiated, during the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit, the 55-year-old actor confirmed that he will not be returning to the Suniel Shetty-Paresh Rawal starrer due to facing many roadblocks. This is not the first time KRK has made such claims. Earlier, through a tweet, he had alleged that Kumar has demanded a whopping Rs 125 crore for his upcoming project 'Hera Pheri 3’ even after his film Ram Setu flopped at the box office. The Hera Pheri 3 row started when Paresh Rawal, who plays the role of Baburao Ganpatrao Apte, confirmed the speculations about Kartik being a part of the franchise. His declaration had left the fans fuming as they assumed that, just like Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, he would replace Akshay as Raju. Putting all the speculations to rest, Suniel Shetty, who essays the role of Shyam, revealed that the young actor was approached for a different character as Raju is irreplaceable.
