War actor expresses a deep admiration for Anil Kapoor's craftsmanship and dedication, recounted a poignant incident during the Fighter shoot. He praised the 67-year-old actor for setting the benchmark for the entire film. Hrithik shared that when he complimented the veteran actor on his exceptional performance and evident effort in a scene, his eyes welled up with tears. Despite four decades in the industry, the Animal actor's emotional response showcased his enduring commitment to delivering impactful performances. Fighter marks the very first collaboration of the two. The Lakshya star previously assisted his father, veteran filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, particularly in movies like Khel and Karobaar featuring AK, and now collaborates with the seasoned actor for the first time. The film also marks the fresh pairing of Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone, portraying Indian Air Force officers. With an ensemble cast including Karan Singh Grover, Akshay Oberoi, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and others, Fighter is slated to release on January 25, 2024.
