Anjali Arora has been hitting the headlines for the right reasons. Her MMS video was leaked and surfaced on the internet. Arora, while speaking to RJ Siddharth Kanan mentioned that she wasn't the one in the video clip. Now, she is got brutally trolled as she celebrated the success of her song ‘Saiyan Dil Mein Aana Re’.
Anjali Arora, appeared in a music video, ‘Saiyan Dil Mein Aana Re’ crooned by Shruti Rane. In a viral video, the Lock Upp contestant is seen cutting the cake and celebrating the success of the song. She is dressed in a white skirt and matching top and paired with a necklace and pearl studs. The actress is even heard saying ‘saiyan ki nazar utar le’.
Post the video, netizens trolled her very badly. One comment read, “Chhapri nibbi”, another read, “Overacting ki dukaan”. One troll wrote, “10 second ke z grade actor”, another one wrote, “Kisiko bhi celebrity bana dete ho”. One of the users commented, “Etni overacting”, another user commented, “Mms leak hone k baad bhi confidence pura h... reel walo ka confidence kbbi khtm ni ho skta”.
Meanwhile, during the launch of the song she was questioned regarding the leaked MMS video, but she skipped the question and didn’t answer the same. While speaking to RJ Siddharth Kanan, she said, “I don't know kyun kar rhe hain in logon ne hi to mujhe bnaya hai. Inki bhi family hai..meri bhi family hai. Meri family bhi sare videos dekhti hai. Sometimes I feel ki jab main ye sab cheezein dekhti hun ki ye kyun kar rhe hain jisme main hun hi nhi.”
Interestingly, the 21-year-old actress also made the headlines for her friendship with Munawar Faruqui in Lock Upp. Their fans even call them #MunJali and they thought that they’ll end up as a couple but Munawar introduced her love Nazila Sitashi post winning the show and also featured in a music video.
On the professional front, Anjali Arora is seen in the Saiyaan Dil Mein Aana Re, a remake of RD Burman’s iconic song from the 1951 film Bahar.
