Popular Bollywood Singer Ankit Tiwari recently took to his Twitter account to share a 'pathetic' experience he had at a five-star hotel in Delhi. In a series of tweets, the ace singer slammed the hotel and its staff for their rude and upsetting behavior towards him. Ankit called his stay at the hotel ‘hostage’ and said there was no water and basic amenities there. He shared a video of a hotel named Royal Plaza in Connaught Place while complaining about the insensitive behavior of the staff.

Taking to his Twitter handle, Ankit posted a video and wrote, “HOTEL ROYAL PLAZA, NEW DELHI” Feeling like hostage with family…Pathetic experience.5 star hotel me na pani hai,food order kiye 4 ghante ho chuke hain…Outside food allowed nahi hai so no second option…Kuch bolo to staff bouncers ki dhamki de raha hai.” In the video, Ankit said in Hindi, "Bahut bekaar hai, meri wife, meri bacchi bhookhi so rahi hai aur yahan pe abhi neeche aa gaye the nightsuit me ki khaana nahi hai, duty manager se baat kar rahe hain...aap dekho na koi hai hi nahi wahan pe, wahan koi hai hi nahi.” ALSO READ: Ankit Tiwari REVEALS His Career Was Affected After Being Acquitted Of Rape Charges: ‘People Stopped Working With Me, Withdrew Me From Many Projects’




Soon after he shared the video, many netizens extended their support to Ankit and lashed out at the hotel. One user commented, “That's horrible. And there's no reason for the hotel staff to be acting disrespectful. You and your family are guests that deserve every staff member to be at your beckon call. On top of that you're a celebrity. What's wrong with these ppl! Fight to get a full refund back Ankit.”
