Anupam Kher Enjoys Dinner At Priyanka Chopra's New York Restaurant: ‘You Have Given Indians One More Reason To Be Proud Of You’

Veteran actor Anupam Kher recently visited Priyanka Chopra's lavish Indian cuisine restaurant Sona in New York to have dinner. He shared a couple of pictures on his social media accounts with the chef and his team. Anupam couldn't stop showering praise on the Desi girl and said that she has given Indians one more reason to be proud of. The actor was also all praise of the restaurant, which had opened its doors for the public in March this year.
Taking to Instagram, Anupam Kher dropped a series of posts, including one throwback photo with Priyanka. Sharing the post, Anupam wrote, “Dearest @priyankachopra !! It was really a pleasure to have dinner at your wonderful restaurant @sonanewyork. Everything was great. Food, ambience, fantastic staff headed by chef @harinayak. You have given us Indians one more reason to be proud of you. Keep it up. You are the bestest. Jai Ho! #Food #Restaurant #IndianInAmerica.”
The 66-year-old actor also posted a video with the chefs and said he is happy to be at Priyanka’s restaurant. Replying to his sweet post, PeeCee commented, “Awww thank you Anupam sir! go glad u liked!”

Priyanka had announced the launch of Sona in March in an Instagram post.
She shared pictures from the pooja and had written, “I’m thrilled to present to you SONA, a new restaurant in NYC that I poured my love for Indian food into.
