Seems, Anurag Basu is no fan of Salman Khan. At the International Film Festival of India held in Goa last November, the Gangster director had openly called Salman “boring and repetitive” and now, a source reveals to SpotboyE, that Basu of late accused Sallu of derailing his Jagga Jasoos.
Said the source, “Anurag was drinking with his bunch of friends when the topic of Jagga came up. For some inexplicable reason, he started accusing Salman of putting his project in jeopardy.”
But, wait, wasn’t the film in trouble ever since its inception?
“Yes, but Anurag was extremely optimistic about the January schedule. He believed almost 70 per cent of the film will be complete with only 2 schedules left to be done – one in Morocco and the other in Kenya. But now those dates – which were season-specific – have gone for a toss.”

Gosh! And how exactly is Salman responsible for this mess? “In a state of stupor, Anurag said that it was Kat’s meeting with Salman at YRF that led to trouble. Everyone was quite taken back- but it was the director saying it. Surprisingly, he gave no reason.”
Whatever the reason, Anurag’s rant against 'Bhai' doesn’t seem to hold any water till date.
The filmmaker seems to be fantasising about an external trouble when the problem lies between his leading couple, apart from his terribly slow speed of shooting which involves umpteen retakes of almost every scene.
And by the way Anurag, what's your 'history' with Salman? We would definitely like to know.
So yeah, we tried reaching Anurag- but he didn't respond. Guess 'daru ki botal mein itna nasha nahin tha'.
