Anurag Kashyap's daughter Aaliyah is one of the most popular star kids of Bollywood. She is an active social media user. She enjoys a great fan base on Instagram. Plus, she also has many fan clubs dedicated to her on social media and it speaks volumes about her growing popularity. Recently, taking to her Instagram stories, Aaliyah called out her fake profile on a dating app. She asked her followers to block and report the profile.
Aaliyah shared a screenshot of the profile and wrote, 'A lot of people DMed me that someone made a fake profile of me on the dating app 'OkCupid'. This is not me pls block and report thank u very much.' The profile introduces Aaliyah as 'the daughter of Anurag Kashyap, the director of Gangs of Wasseypur and many other movies.' It also says, 'Yaha ok cupid pe hu toh meet some guys out of the film industry.'
For the uninitiated, Aaliyah is in a relationship. In one of her videos, she opened up about her love life. She revealed she met her boyfriend Shane Gregoire on a dating app and they met for the first time after two months of chatting online.
Also, Aaliyah has no plans to enter Bollywood. In a video posted by Aaliyah on her YouTube channel, she said that she is not really connected to the Bollywood industry. 'Yes, my parents are in the industry but I didn't grow up with the Bollywood glamour, if you know what I mean. The movies my dad makes aren't very commercial. I obviously grew up watching my parents but for me, it seems normal because that is what I grew up watching. So it's not like, 'Oh my God, it's Bollywood.' I don't get fascinated by it. That is not what I want to do, I am trying to stay away from it,' added Aaliyah.
