Anurag Kashyap’s Daughter Aaliyah Reveals She Is ‘Very Open’ With Her Parents: ‘Not Gonna Lie And Say I Didn’t Drink As A Teenager’
Anurag Kashyap’s daughter Aaliyah Kashyap opens up about her equation with her parents; reveals she shares about her secrets, dating life and experiments with alcohol
Anurag Kashyap and his ex-wife Aarti Bajaj’s daughter Aaliyah Kashyap is among one of the most popular star kids on social media. Aaliyah has a huge following on social media platforms, especially Instagram, wherein she posts lovely aesthetic pictures of herself. Now, in a new video posted on her YouTube channel, she answered a fan who had asked her, “How open are you with your parents about your relationships?” Aaliyah replied to it, and opened up about her equation with her parents, which she said was more of a ‘best friends’ relationship than a ‘strict parent-teacher’ relationship.
While replying, Aaliyah said that she is very open with her parents about almost everything, and that they are like her best friends. “My parents, when I was growing up, always wanted to have a relationship where it was more like friendship rather than this strict parent-child relationship because that way, I wouldn’t be sneaking around doing stuff.” She further added that teenagers experiment with stuff like alcohol, but she was always open with her parents when she did anything like that.
She said, “Because, I mean, it’s normal. I am not going to lie and say I didn’t drink as a teenager. Of course, I did, I do. But I was open with my parents and I was responsible when I was doing it.”
Aaliyah Kashya further revealed that she also tells her parents about her relationships. Her mother knows about every guy she was dating, whereas Aaliyah said that she only tells her father Anurag Kashyap when it is turning into something serious. “My dad, I would only tell when it was going to actually turn into something serious.
