Ever since the lockdown period actress Anushka Sharma is encouraging people to take safety measures during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Not only that the actress is also keeping herself composed and calm, followed by asking people to stay strong and support the nation by following the lockdown in these hard times. With social distancing being one of the strong measures to curtail further spread of COVID-19, the actress was taken by shock, when she came across the discrimination towards COVID-19 patients.

Taking to her social networking account she urged people not to discriminate people who have been tested positive of this virus and even the health professionals working towards the betterment of these patients. Thus, urging people to let go of the social stigma around the patients and instead be strong enough to support in such sensitive times. In her post, she asked all the citizens to remain united as the nation as well as the entire world fights this pandemic together.
