Team India’s defeat in the semi-final on Wednesday that was met with tears and heartbreak at first, eventually saw a flow of unbelievable support from their fans. Now, a few days after the unfortunate event, skipper Virat Kohli seems to be getting over the defeat and was spotted enjoying the British summer along with his beloved wife Anushka Sharma.
Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma has been a constant presence throughout the tournament and was also spotted cheering for the Indian team. While the journey has come to an end, Virat and Anushka seemed to have extended their stay in the UK and are spending some quality time with each other. The couple was spotted twinning in black and enjoying the British summer as they posed with their fans yet again. Anushka Sharma looked uber cool and makes a statement in her black t-shirt paired with matching trousers. The actress let her t-shirt do the talking in her slogan tee that read ‘Natural Born Lovers.’ Virat wore a black hoodie and black denim and the couple completed their look with white sneakers. The pictures were flooded with a lot of comments pertaining to the World Cup but one comment stood out and made us take notice. A fan reacted to one of the photos and said, “The Captains smile is coming back in bits.” Seems like the captain is finally getting over the defeat!
