Arbaaz Khan Opens Up About His Equation With Ex-Wife Malaika Arora; Says, ‘We’ve Grown To Be Different People, We’ve Matured’
Fans were in for a shock when Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora ended their 18-year relationship and officially parted ways in 2017. Post-divorce, the estranged couple went on to date other people and are now in serious relationships. While Malaika is dating Arjun Kapoor, Arbaaz is dating Giorgia Andriani. The two also co-parent their 20-year-old son, Arhaan Khan.

In a recent conversation with Siddharth Kannan, the 55-year-old actor opened up about sharing a cordial relationship with his ex-wife, Malaika. During the interaction, he expressed that after their separation, both Malaika and him have grown into different people and have accepted a lot of things about each other. He said, "And yes, we’ve both grown to be different people, and we’ve matured over the years, and have been a little more accepting about each other… A lot of things." He further shared that both of them have a common goal, which is to not give their son Arhaan any scenarios where there is hostility growing up. He shares, "There are a lot of things about me that she may have accepted and a lot of things about her that I may have accepted. But we have one common interest, and that’s our child. And he doesn’t deserve any kind of scenario where there’s discord while he’s growing up."


A few years back, even Malaika opened up about the same topic and shared that they are much happier than they were before. She said, "We are far more mature. We’re just happier, calmer people. He’s a wonderful man, I only wish him the best in life. Sometimes, people are wonderful but they just aren’t great together. That’s just how it is. I would always wish him well." On the work front, while Arbaaz will be seen in the upcoming thriller series Tanaav, an adaptation of the Israeli show Fauda, Malika was last seen as a judge on India's Best Dancer.
