Arjun And Shraddha Move On
Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor, who were shooting for Mohit Suri’s Half Girlfriend in NYC, have wrapped up the schedule. Arjun took to Twitter to share this cute picture of him and Shraddha. Have a look:

The first schedule of the film kick-started in Delhi in June this year. Before New York, the team was shooting in Cape Town (Shraddha and Arjun’s Fun Night Out In Cape Town, Aug 19).

Both Arjun and Shraddha have been keeping their fans entertained by offering them a glimpse of what they are upto. A few days ago, Arjun revealed that Half Girlfriend is the first film to be shot at the UN Headquarters. He tweeted: “The first Indian movie to be allowed to shoot inside the UN #halfgirlfriend amazing experience @unitednations !!! Superb job by the production to make this happen...”

Half Girlfriend is the on-screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat’s novel by the same name. The film also stars Rhea Chakraborty and Vikrant Massey in key roles.

The film was originally supposed to star Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. When things didn’t work out with the duo, Suri approached Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon for the lead roles. However, both Sushant and Kriti chose Dinesh Vijan’s Raabta and opted out of Half Girlfriend (Now, Kriti Sanon out of Half Girlfriend?, Dec 1). After much deliberation, producer Ekta Kapoor and Suri then zeroed in on Shraddha and Arjun.

Half Girlfriend is slated to hit theatres on May 19, 2017.

Last night we spotted Arjun and Shraddha at the international airport, The two return to Mumbai after wrapping  up Half Girlfriend schedule in NYC.
