Arjun Kapoor Calls Himself Deepika Padukone’s Soutan; Says Ranveer Singh Sends Him Long Voice Messages

Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh, who were both co-actors in the film Gunday, share a great bond with each other and the bromance between the two is well-known. The hilarious duo are very fun and entertaining and their banter with each other never ends. Arjun Kapoor, who will next be seen in Panipat, has now revealed why he didn’t approach his close friend Ranveer for advice for working on a period film. In the same interview, he also talked about Ranveer Singh’s affection towards him and his equation with Deepika Padukone.
In an interview with Mid Day, Arjun Kapoor said that him and Ranveer are great friends, but he didn’t approach Ranveer for advice for working on Ashutosh Gowariker’s Panipat as he thinks Ranveer would have a different point of view that matched with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s style of filmmaking, and not that of Ashutosh Gowariker. Taalking about his friendship with Ranveer, he said that Ranveer still gatecrashes his dubbing, sends him long voice messages after watching his songs and also kisses him on the cheeks! He added, “I tell Deepika that I am her souten. In other news, there has been a section of people that have been comparing Arjun’s character of Sadashiv Rao Bhau to that of Ranveer Singh as Peshwa Bajirao from Bajirao Mastani. In a recent interview with TOI, Arjun Kapoor revealed how the trailer of Panipat got Ranveer Singh excited. Clearly, the two are not paying any attention to the trolls and instead believe in praising each other’s work.
Panipat, starring Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles, is scheduled to release on December 6, 2019.
