Arjun Kapoor & Parineeti Chopra To Reunite Onscreen For Dibakar Banerjee's Next
They were last seen together in Ishaqzaade five years ago and now Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra will be paired in a romantic-action film helmed by Dibakar Banerjee
Ishaqzaade introduced the world to Arjun Kapoor and by his side was
Parineeti Chopra. The film established both of them as stars to watch out for
and their chemistry won over fans.
Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra moved on to do films separately, and
earn accolades, and finally they will be back together onscreen after 5 years.
The two are going to be romantically paired once again for Dibakar
Banerjee's next.
Arjun and Parineeti kept the news under wraps for a long time, but
finally the cat is out of the bag.
A source close to the project told a section of the media, "Arjun
had loved the script and given his nod but had not signed on the dotted line.
Dibakar was still working on the final draft and wanted Parineeti as the
leading lady. By January, both the actors were onboard.”
Dibakar Banerjee will start shooting the yet untitled film in the coming
two months. It is said that Arjun will be playing a cop in the film, and
Parineeti will be the girl-next-door.
