Arjun Kapoor To Play A Sardar In Mubarakan

We hear, the two characters played by Arjun are brothers. And, one of them is a Sardar.

We have already told you that Arjun is playing a double role in the film, which will hit the screens on July 28, 2017 (Mubarakan! Anil Kapoor Shares A Happy News, Sept 5). Now, we have more details about his character in the movie.
We hear, the two characters played by Arjun are brothers. And, one of them is a Sardar. Now, how is that possible, you ask? How can JUST one sibling be a Sardar? Is Mubarakan the story of two bichde hue bhais, brought up by different parents? Well, anything is possible, but that’s a suspense for now.

Meanwhile, we hear, Arjun had a tough time getting his diction right for the Sardar character. Though a Punjabi, he was not familiar with the way Sardars speak and had to spend long hours rehearsing.
Coming back to Mubarakan, it has Arjun’s real real-life chacha Anil playing his uncle. The film will also mark Athiya’s second outing after Hero (2015). This could be a smashing comeback for Sunil Shetty’s daughter, who was out in the cold after her first splash in Bollywood tanked at the box-office. What's interesting here is that Arjun and Athiya got linked up recently. So, it would be interesting to watch their chemistry on screen.
