Yesterday night, a star-studded wedding reception for newly-weds Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra was organised and was graced by the who’s who of Bollywood. Their guest-list included Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kiara Advani, Shilpa Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Shah Rukh Khan, Gauri Khan and Karan Johar among several others. Well, it was also raining couples and among many others, we also had Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, along with the former’s mother Neetu Kapoor, in the house.
The trio was all decked up some beautiful traditional attires and sure turned heads. Talking about Alia Bhatt, the Raazi actress looked heavenly in a gorgeously embroidered lehenga of Pista green and baby pink colour combination. She let her hair down, wore a stunning maang tikka and minimal makeup. Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, complemented his ladylove in a navy blue and white kurta-pyjama. Mommy Neetu Kapoor looked graceful in a multi-coloured salwar suit with heavy embroidery. The three of them also posed for the paps and made for one happy family! We missed Rishi Kapoor though! The veteran is currently hospitalised in Delhi and is recovering from infection due to pollution. Taking to his Twitter, Rishi thanked fans for their concern and assured that he will be fine soon. Alia, Ranbir and Neetu were with Rishi and only yesterday, they touched down Mumbai, mostly to attend Armaan Jain’s post-wedding festivity.
On the work front, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt will be seen opposite each other in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra.
