Actor Aparshakti Khurana and his wife Aakriti Ahuja will be embracing parenthood with the arrival of their first child soon. On Saturday, the couple hosted a baby shower graced by their family members and close friends. Turning paps on this special occasion were would be daddy’s brother and actor Ayushmann Khurrana and his wife Tahira Kashyap. The duo was seen clicking pictures at the baby shower ceremony. The would-be mommy Aakriti was seen in a pink kaftan and a floral tiara, while Aparshakti sported a black T-shirt. Aparshakti who was last seen in Street Dancer 3D announcing his wife's pregnancy dropped a picture kissing her baby bump. Speaking about embracing a new role in his life, Aparshakti in conversation with Hindustan Times said, "I am yet to experience parenthood in its entirety but yes I do feel a sense of responsibility to become a better person for my child. I have been taking tips for quite some time from my father, brother, and some fabulous dads around me. Soon, I will have to bring the learning to execution."
