Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan are on roll! The Dream Girl actor who’s busy shooting for Abhishek Kapoor’s Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui opposite Vaani Kapoor is rumoured to be signing Dinesh Vijan’s upcoming rom-com. But guess who will be joining the leading star cast of the film? Well, she’s the newbie Sara Ai Khan. Yes, rumours are rife that filmmaker Dinesh Vijan is considering Sara Ali Khan and Ayushmann Khurrana for his upcoming romantic comedy film. If all goes well, then movie buffs may witness a new Jodi ruling the silver screen. The filmmakers are in last leg of discussion.
A source close to the development revealed to Mid-day, “Considering it has Ayushmann leading from the front, the film — though belonging to the rom-com genre — may well drive an important message home. Sara has finished her promotions for Coolie No 1, and is expected to kick off the shoot of Atrangi Re soon. On the other hand, Ayushmann will follow up Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui with Anubhav Sinha’s next before training his sights on this movie. The project is in the last leg of discussion.”
The same report further states that if all goes well, Ayushmann and Sara’s untitled next may go on floors by early 2021. While there’s no confirmation on the same, we shall wait for the actor or makers to confirm or deny the news.

On the work front, Ayushmann is in Chandigarh for the shoot of Gattu Kapoor’s next , while Sara will soon resume the shoot of Atrangi 2 with Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
