Ayushmann Khurrana-Yami Gautam and Bhumi Pednekar starrer, Bala is set to hit theatres on Nov 7. And before that, the star cast is going all out to promote their film. Now, as Bala is based on pre-mature balding, when we met Ayushman and Yami for an exclusive chat, we had to ask the lead pair what they think about the issue in real life.

We posed a question to Yami- “Will a bald man ever attract you, as a lot of girls say that bald men are quite sexy?” Before Yami could reply, Ayushmann jumped in to answer the question for her and said, “Of course they are!”

However, the Bala actress added her bit to it and replied, “Yes, they definitely are. There are so many bald men who look amazing and hot. Do they attract me? Well, I can just say that for me, it’s who you are as a person and your aura which matters. It’s the overall personality and how groomed you against other aspects like colour, whether you are bald or not- I think these are very petty things.”

Talking about the film, Bala, it has been the centre of attraction, thanks to its initial box-office clash with Kumar Mangat’s Ujda Chaman, starring Sunny Singh. We have been brining to you all the updates on this controversy, right from Maddock Films deciding to bring their film a day before (Nov 7) Ujda Chaman (earlier slated to release on Nov 8) to Kumar Mangat filing a stay-order plea in the court and then eventually shifting his film’s release date to Nov 1.

Coming to Yami’s take on bald men, the pretty actress concluded the chat by saying that her film, Bala deals with the same message as she stated above and hopes it broadens the horizon of people.
