Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, Tabu and others recently resumed the shooting of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. However, it came to a halt as Kartik tested positive for Coronavirus. On Instagram, the actor revealed the news to his fans. Following his diagnosis, the entire cast and crew underwent the Coronavirus test. Now, Anees Bazmee, the director of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has revealed that everyone has tested negative. He has also given an update on Kartik Aaryan's health.

To Mid-day, Anees Bazmee revealed that they are following all the precautions and Kartik especially used to take extra care as he hails from the family of doctors. The director said, “In the new normal, you never know how one can contract the virus. We had been taking all the required care, including testing our crew members regularly, wearing face masks and having sanitising stations. Further confirming that the shooting of the film is on hold now, he gave an health update of Kartik Aaryan. "I have been talking to him, and he says he is doing fine," quoted the director. Anees Bazmee also mentioned about the film getting more and more expensive as it suffers major delays, however, he asserted that the health of his crew members is of utmost importance.

In the recent past, many Bollywood stars like Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Tara Sutaria and others have tested positive for Coronavirus.
