Speculations regarding the actress undergoing surgery started doing rounds after she made a stunning appearance at the recent Filmfare Middle East awards in Dubai. Bhumi looked drop-dead gorgeous in a shimmery white outfit showing off her cleavage and toned legs. She also posted a couple of her breathtaking pictures on her Instagram handle and her distinctly different features set the tongues wagging. While many showered compliments on the actress, a certain section of people started claiming she had undergone treatments to look pretty.
