Bihar CM Nitish Kumar Speaks On Sushant Singh Rajput's Death Case, Says 'CBI Is Looking Into It'
From Bollywood stars to politicians, everyone has shared his/her views on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. It has been more than four month since his death, however, his fans are still demanding justice. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar recently broke his silence on Sushant Singh Rajput's death case. Ahead of the upcoming elections in Bihar, the CM was asked if the case has taken a backseat. In an interview with Times Now, Nitish Kumar stated that the case is now in the hands of the Central Bureau Of Investigation.

He stated that the CBI is still investigating the case and has not completed its probe. Hence, the case is still on. As per the reports, after Sushant Singh Rajput's father filed an FIR against the late actor's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, it was Nitish Kumar-led Bihar Government that requested Centre to launch a CBI inquiry into the case. However, it was only after the Supreme Court gave a green signal to CBI that the investigating body began the probe in full force.

It was on June 14 that Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead in his apartment in Bandra. Reportedly, the actor was found hanging from the ceiling fan of his room by his roommate and friend. It was being stated that the actor died by suicide, until the alleged homicide angle came into picture post the FIR filed by the actor's father. The CBI is yet to file its closure report and reveal the findings of the probe.
