Bipasha Basu Breaks Her Silence On Sajid Khan: He Cracked Lewd Jokes Openly And Was Rude To Women

The #MeToo campaign has opened a can of worms and more women are coming forward to share their horrific stories. After Saloni Chopra, Rachel White accused Sajid Khan of misbehaving with her during a meeting at his Juhu house. Soon after, Khan took to social media and informed that he’s stepping down from the director’s position of Housefull 4. Now, Bipasha's tweet against Sajid has become the talk of the town.

Recently, Bipasha Basu had applauded Tanushree Dutta for speaking up against Nana Patekar for allegedly sexually harassing her. The Alone actress took to social media and posted, “Kudos to #tanushreedutta... because of her so many women have the courage to speak out against these men who take advantage of women ...owing to their fame, power and clout.” Soon after her tweet, a user asked her to open up if she has face anything of that sort." Replying to a query tweet post that, by Kiran Malnad, which read: "Bips, I believe it's high time for you to 'expose' the 'one' too, anyway, it's an open secret." When Bipasha had quit Humshakals, there where whispers in town that Bipasha was very irritated with him over something. Bipasha has finally broken her silence. 


Responding to Kiran Malnad, Bipasha said, “I was told by all not 2 say anything 2 him n stoop to his level- so I quietly finished my work as a professional and explained my stance to the producers .. that I couldn't associate myself with this film anymore as I could lose my temper any moment.” Bipasha further wrote, “I am glad that women are speaking up about the atrocities of these men with power and clout... but nothing of that sort happened with me...it was just his general attitude toward women that would disturb me on set- he cracked lewd jokes openly and was pretty rude to all girls.”

 Later, when asked to speak by another Twitterati Anishnaaz on what had happened between Sajid and her in 2014, Bipasha replied, “He never tried anything with me... otherwise I would have spoken in 2014 only. I have a very strong voice. Will never tolerate disrespect.”

 Sajid has not yet spoken on Saloni and Rachel's allegations. Let's see if Bipasha's tweets makes him speak.
