Buzz: Sara Ali Khan Replaces Disha Patani As Puma Brand Ambassador; May Team Up With Virat Kohli

Sara Ali Khan is on a roll. Just two-film-old, the actress is riding high on different projects right from films to endorsing brands. After replacing Shraddha Kapoor in Veet, and Shruti Haasan for an aerated beverage brand, the Simmba actress has now replaced Disha Patani. Reportedly, Sara has signed to be the face for a leading sports brand, Puma, which was endorsed by Baaghi 3 actress over the past year.
A source close to the development told Mid-Day, “It was mutually decided between Disha and the brand officials that the contract would not be extended. So Disha moved on to Calvin Klein, and Puma started their hunt for a new face. Sara turned out to be a perfect fit because of her incredible fitness story - on Koffee With Karan, she had revealed her battle with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and how she became fit with the right diet and regular workout. The brand's marketing team is currently designing a campaign around this."
Not only this, the source further revealed that that if all goes well, she is likely to be teamed up opposite Indian Cricket Captain Virat Kohli in other ad of the same brand. Source added, “If the first campaign does well, the brand officials are also keen to team her up with Virat Kohli for another commercial. However, it's too early to talk about it."
Ad world’s new darling, Sara Ali Khan is currently vacationing in New York, after completing the Delhi schedule of Imtiaz Ali’s next, which is tentatively titled as Aaj Kal. The newbie has been paired opposite Kartik Aaryan in this one.
