BUZZ: Shah Rukh Khan-Yo Yo Honey Singh to collaborate for Raees
If all goes well, the friends-turned-foes-turned-friends will seal their dosti with a song
After Shah Rukh Khan and Yo Yo Honey Singh buried the hatchet earlier this year (Shah Rukh-Honey Singh kiss and make up, Jan 17), fans across the country hoped that the two would take it a step ahead and work together again. After all, the duo had given us a chartbuster in Lungi Dance (Chennai Express). Now, if all goes well, that wish might just come true.

The latest murmurs to have reached SpotboyE.com is that Honey is in talks with SRK for a song for the actor’s upcoming film, Raees.

After the two enjoyed phenomenal success with Lungi Dance in 2013, rumours of a rift between them surfaced in September 2014. There were whispers that the superstar had slapped Honey during the Slam Tour and asked him to leave the show. However, SRK and Honey’s wife Shalini had denied the reports vehemently.

The rapper then mysteriously disappeared after the Slam Tour. It was said that Honey was suffering from an illness whose details were never disclosed.
But things turned around for the better for Honey when he extended the olive branch and made up with SRK in January this year. The singer then even made his first public appearance at Mirchi Music Awards (Honey Singh returns, performs to Lungi Dance, Feb 29).
If the collaboration for Raees indeed happens, it will be a big step in the return of Honey Singh.
