Celina Jaitly SLAMS Reports Of Getting Pregnant Before Marriage; Reveals, ‘Had A Typical Arranged Marriage, Were Introduced To Each Other By Family’
Actress Celina Jaitly often takes to her official social media handles to share her personal life experiences and professional anecdotes. She leaves no stone unturned when it comes to recalling details about her. From talking about how she coped with the death of her newborn son Shamsher to experiencing life with her Austrian husband Peter Haag and their kids  Winston, Viraaj, Arthur. She has now opened up about how she met her husband through an arranged marriage setup and dismissed the reports claiming that she got pregnant before tying the knot.

Sharing a photo with her newborn sets of twins and her husband, Celina lashed out at the trolls and media reports that constantly put her name in the category of “BOLLYWOOD STARS WHO BECAME PREGNANT BEFORE MARRIAGE.” While she stated that there is nothing wrong with people wanting to have kids before marriage, it irks her “the way these headlines are used to sell news.” She went on to reveal that as her first set of twins Winston and Viraaj are set to turn 12 in a few days, she wanted her admirers to know about her and Peter’s first meet. The No Entry actress stated that contrary to what is believed by many, she and Haag met through an arranged marriage setup. They were introduced to each other by their family members with the intention of them getting married. She explained that the first time they met was in Dubai in the presence of “a mama, a Mami , a Masi, a cousin brother, his wife, two nieces and one nephew.” As they spoke for the first time, the aunt was sitting between them as “She had put on a mini skirt after dieting for ten years and was worried about the consequences of suddenly getting up flashing the whole club so she stayed put between us.” ALSO READ: Celina Jaitly Claims Twitter Encouraged The Pakistani Film Critic To ‘Go On A Horrifying Spree Of Untrue, Character Assassination’

The 42-year-old actress further added, “Arranged marriages are great if you instantly feel the connection between each other and spend some time to know each other. A love where the whole family is involved has its own strengths and of course dramas… Not a bad option I say.”

For the unversed, Celina is currently based in Austria with her husband, Austrian entrepreneur and hotelier, Peter Haag. They tied the knot in 2011 and welcomed their first set of twins Winston and Viraaj in 2012. The couple went on to have another set of twins Arthur and Shamsher in 2017. Sadly, Shamsher passed away a few days after his birth due to his heart condition.
