Bollywood filmmakers are on a spree of announcing the release date of their upcoming movies. After YRF announced the release date of their 5 big-budget films including Prithviraj, Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, Shamshera, Jayeshbhai Jordaar and Bunty Aur Babli 2, the makers of Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani and Tabu starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Anek too announced the release date of their respective films.
Now recently, the makers of Chehre have announced the release date of the film that stars Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi in the lead roles. Sharing the new poster, Emraan Hashmi also announced the date and wrote in caption, “#Chehre se bada koi naqaab nahi hota!

Anand Pandit's much-awaited mystery thriller Chehre starring Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi is slated to release in theatres on April 30, 2021! Chehre will be the first film of Mr Bachchan to release this year. The film is produced by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures & Saraswati Entertainment Private Limited and directed by Rumy Jafry. Chehre also stars Annu Kapoor, Krystle D’Souza, Drithiman Chakroborthy, Raghubir Yadav and Siddhanth Kapoor.
The film was earlier scheduled to release on April 24, last year. But upon a request by the makers of Gulabo Sitabo, which stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Amitabh Bachchan, Chehre makers had decided to shift the release date to July 2020.
