An emotional Meghna Gulzar took to Instagram to share pictures from the last day of the shoot and Deepika looks unrecognizable
Recently, Deepika Padukone took to Instagram to reveal that she has wrapped up her upcoming fim Chhapaak. Wrapping up her schedule, Deepika shared a lovely picture of her cast who are seen in an exciting mode and calls her film as the most precious one. Deepika captions it, "& it’s a wrap on THE MOST PRECIOUS film of my career...see you all at the movies!🎬 10.1.2020 #Chhapaak"
Now, director Meghna Gulzar took to Instagram to share photos from the last day of the shoot and Deepika Padukone looks completely unrecognizable in the photo. We can see Deepika hugging her director Meghna who looks extremely emotional in the photo. "And we wrapped #chhapaak. Malti... Amol... I will carry you with me. Thank you for your faith and for pouring yourself into our film!" Meghna wrote in the caption. Check out the picture right here...
Meghna added another photo later talking about the last day of the shoot. She thanked each and every member of the team that were involved in making this film. She wrote, "When the last scene in the film’s one-line has been yellowed off, there’s so much and so many to be grateful for. For those of you who don’t know, Chhapaak is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. Deepika Padukone plays the lead role in the film, while Vikrant Massey plays her love interest. The film is scheduled to release on January 10, 2020.
